OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping
Our items are sent via Australia Post and/or Courier agent Sendle.  If an item is needed urgently, we can Express post through Australia Post on request by prior arrangement.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days unless the item has a specified turnaround time, which is stated in the product description.

Delivery
Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will be notified when your order is being dispatched and a tracking number will be provided. 

We will do our best to dispatch orders in a timely manner.  Once dispatched we are at the mercy of the post/courier companies.  If you require Express Postage please contact us to arrange this in advance of your order for an additional fee.
